DUKE ENERGY WILL REPLACE THIS POLE APPROXIMATELY 145' WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF W ROSEMARY ST AND N COLUMBIA ST. DUKE WOULD LIKE CLARIFICATION ON ANY SPECIAL PRACTICES REQUIRED TO REPAIR THE DECORATIVE BRICK SIDEWALK. POLE WILL BE REPLACED WITH SAME SIZE AND CLASS POLE. GPS: 35.913843, -79.056740
