I reported this house months ago when it was on craigslist, the people were trying to rent it out room by room to different occupants in this 3 bedroom 1 bath, now its back on craigslist this time as a daycare, now dont you need permits and insurance for this and possibly the blocks approval here is the link http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/kid/2576914789.html

Have you thought about buying the property? Then, I wonder what you would do with it.
What will make you happy? How about demolishing it and give your neighborhood that Kensington look !
Sounds like renting out a few rooms was a great idea afterall. Gee, giving ppl a roof over their heads can't be a bad thing.
