I guess I have to contact my commissioner for some help. This system is broken. I watched a pot hole fix crew in 12 Oaks fix small holes in the streets, but drove past Barry Lane. The road on the South East part of the loop (Barry Lane is a Loop) is almost completely gone. This my last try with your system it has been almost a year!
