Thanks you for your comment. The City Engineering Department is continually monitoring and rating our streets. 37th Street NW, between Cleveland and Harrison is in poor condition. However, this years paving list has already been established and next year's list will be made early spring. All streets that rate very low and are in bad shape will be on our radar. We take the worst of the worst and pave as much as we can with the money available. Unfortunately, we have more bad streets than we have money. We now have your complaint and suggest that you contact your councilperson with this issue. I'm going to close this issue. Please don't hesitate to report this next year around February when the new list is being made.
