Description

A clogged culvert under County Route 28 ( DeWitt Mills Road ) near the Hurley-Rosendale boundary causes flooding and water on the roadway. This is just inside the town of Rosendale. The County of Ulster is responsible for maintenance of this channel to allow storm water to pass underneath the road.
