With all the budget cuts in the landscaper department, it is a wonder that anything gets done in this city. We are spread way too thin and the hope of a better tommorow is fading with every passing budget. We are cold and broken, we are tired and battle scared. The victory flag has long been packed away with the cost of living raises and the empty thank yous from management. It is pointless.
