(oddly, i found that email address on the "newcomer connections" website and not city of brantford's direct website or brantford power's "report a problem" site, the first one to come up in google)

I also reported it to the service department over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me(24 hours the say). The City councillors in my area emailed me right away and said they would look into it 2 weeks ago. Im not very happy with how they have handled this issue. I pay taxes just like anyone else in the city i expect to have working street lights and at the very least communication as to what is being done about it.

still nothing yet from streetlights@brantford.ca, not sure why there's no autoreply, thats kinda standard these days....

Thank you for your inquiry The location has been noted and fowarded to streetlight staff who has investigated this location and send a work order to Brantford Power which has repaired the light. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days once the work order is issued for the repair to be completed. If emergencies arise, it could take 7 to 14 working days.
