Kensington ave bordering thre mall, is always rough. Its made out of patches who are lied on top of each other. A little bit of rain and it always floods on the corner of Kensington and Lewis. Whole street need to be repavd. Its a shame, because visitors from surrpunding communities going shopping see this all the tiem.
