We need a route that runs from New London station to Old Say Brook train station every time time that SLE doesn't go to or start at New London. Also more early morning bus routes to the train station. The first #12 13,14 doesn't start util 8am. If they implemented that earlier service and a defacto shuttle for the SLE, residents in the area, would have an option of getting higher paying jobs in Fairfield county or even NYC. Making the New London area a bedroom community like many communities in Pennsylvania (many towns around Allentown have commuter shuttles direct to NYC with wifi, so people can work on the bus too, this allows people to make a greater salary in NYC but take advantage of a better cost of living in Allentown), SEAT can be a driver for this area to enjoy some of those benefits. By providing more connection to OSB (as a Shore Line East shuttle between NL and OSB), so that people can get to the NYC connection in New Haven, and if the rumored MBTA expansion to Westerly comes to fruition a shuttle to the Westerly station so commuters can have a connection to higher paying jobs in Boston as well). SEAT has the opportunity to work with these commuter rail agency or create their own direct with wifi shuttles to NYC and Boston to become a catalyst for more economic growth for the region's residents. Modify your hours of operations to more service centered around before 4:30-8 am and 430-8 PM and maybe a middle of the day slow down for those who work around less traditional hours, and other issues such doctor's visits, food shopping, getting to school, etc )
