I drove by just a few minutes and, while the site itself has been cleaned out, all the debris is still on the sidewalk. Until it's definitively gone, this is still an open issue.

This encampment is clearly not gone; it moved a few feet to now be under the bridge obstructing the sidewalk.

Never thank PWD for "having addressed this issue" unless you've seen it with your own two eyes.

I drove by 15 minutes ago, and a new "house" of pallets was going up on the spot, and there were literally tons of garbage and debris on the sidewalk.
