The city's schedule for grass cutting has made their presence cutting empty lots, etc. They cut the grass on the berm of the address reported, but the weed trees cover the fence and sidewalk. When you drive south, pass this vision of forestry, you realize there is a "squatter" house with a fence around three sides of the lot with the look of a forest in the middle of a residential community. Looking forward to the results of this 8 year eyesore.

That house still looks the same way, nothing has been done that made any significant difference. I know because I pass that house at least 3-4 times a week. It still looks like the picture when the season is in bloom. This has been an eyesore for over 6 years. I have record of every complaint I reported on Click Fix, with pictures I might add. I lso have the text messages I sent to the District Manager back in 2017, requesting something be done. Now that the winter months have stripped all the green away from anything growing above a foot from the ground, this is many miniature, slim barked trees. Every thing is very visible no matter what direction you are coming from because all the greenery is dead and limbs are hanging over the sidewalk and throughout the adjacent lot. I can see there are windows open on the side of the house facing Orangelawn. You only wonder how many squatters have made that their home. It would be awesome if the owner, the Land Bank or the City of Detroit (whoever owns this parcel) would trim all the overgrowth on the property.
