Description
I was only able to upload 1 picture. The issue is, the residents had a "firepit" built (behind the seagrapes plants) a couple of months ago and the workers used the alley as their work area while cutting and mixing a lot of concrete leaving the alley built up so much, that it doesn't drain well at all and even backs up into my driveway again!. Mosquito haven. Needs to be graded AGAIN from my driveway to 13th Street. Thank you for your assistance

Thank you (City) for doing absolutely nothing to try to help. Stay comfortable with your desk jobs, and by all means don't get out of your air- conditioned trucks to do your job either. Pathetic
