This intersection between rio vista and north loop its really a hustle during school hours. You can probably sit in traffic between 25-35 minutes just to pick up students. When head it to work its hustle you either have to beat traffic and drive like a maniac or sit there and start calling in that your running late. In my point there is to much population in this area for single line roads.
