Description

As indicated in the short description, 933 south 6th does not have a permit to erect a roof deck. Crew came in on the 12th of September and sprayed fiberglass at the base of what will be the deck. Fiberglass also coated all neighboring properties, plants, etc. Insides of homes smell heavily of chemicals. Complaint filed with 311 and L&i. Owner of the property is Carol Spina, who has more than 20 violations on this property alone.
