This man walks his dog without a leash multiple times a day. We have had an issue with dog waste on our street. when I confronted him he said he does not carry a bag with him and his dog is always next to him (which isn't the case) and that she does her business in the woods. regardless, I believe there is a leash law in Medford not to mention it is just gross not to clean up after your dog.
