This man walks his dog without a leash multiple times a day. We have had an issue with dog waste on our street. when I confronted him he said he does not carry a bag with him and his dog is always next to him (which isn't the case) and that she does her business in the woods. regardless, I believe there is a leash law in Medford not to mention it is just gross not to clean up after your dog.

Although his dog is off leash the bigger issue is that he is not picking up after the dogs and admitted he doesn't even carry a bag.
