We understand your concerns and share your frustration, but our inability to reopen the playground is a result of the supply chain issues afflicting much of the US. We ordered the parts to replace the broken piece last September and are still awaiting their delivery. We have repeatedly asked our supplier for updates but so far they have failed to explain why this is taking so long. Unfortunately, we do not have another supplier for this product, so we’re forced to deal exclusively with the manufacturer. Again, we appreciate your concerns and patience and hope to have this matter resolved soon.

The last comment for the clock was a miss post for our department. It was to be a responses for another question. The clock was broken and it will be addressed.
