It's absolutely crazy that this happens _inside_ the trolley in the trolley park where my kids play there. I assume it's homeless people, but to have a mother tell her kids to do this, instead of going to Subway or somewhere else is just unbelievable.

But I don't understand what opening this ticket is supposed to accomplish. We already have cops walking the street, but you can't catch everything.

This is not from homeless people, that is a different issue. This is to make the public aware and to be careful. It is a health concern especially if your children are playing in the grass there.

I understand, I was giving an example of a similar issue in around the same area.
