I have also witnessed this at my end of the street, where people pull out of Pearl onto Orange, instead of from Orange onto Pearl, as they should be doing. A couple of times I have pulled into Pearl and found someone coming at me from the wrong direction. I have several times seen utility trucks do this for no apparent reason (they could easily have taken Pleasant over to Clark to get back to Orange, or simply gone straight down to State).
