This is the property owners responsibility

Does the property owner know they are responsible to have the plates removed?

Property owner is responsible for the void underneath. Plates were placed to prevent anyone from falling into the void.

The owners had a water leak from the main.
Suez fixed their leak, but never filled it in. Even though they are responsible for water main leaks.
A couple weeks ago some other company filled it in.
But Suez never picked up their plates.
I drive over it ever day. Feels like it would damage my tires.
So have Suez come and pick up their plates.

Place were still not removed after they had it fixed 3 weeks ago.
