Related: If you're heading east on LSB, it's hard to get to Papa John's. You have to go south on 306, and do a U-turn at the first street. This can be kind of dangerous. Poor city planning. Don't they have a text book that talks about these configurations? I think this is why some places do better than others, due to how easy they are to get to, and parking. Another example I've noticed is where they put the new Burger Fi in Mentor. I wonder if that's why the farmer's market that was there failed, and the place was vacant for so long.
