I will put this on the calendar to take a look tomorrow morning at 8am to see if we can help. I took a look today and it looks like due to the pavement maintenance going on with the barricade locations lack of pavement markings etc. People are using the movement like it is one lane due to the lack of pavement markings. This is causing the capacity for the amount of time given to be cut in half. I know things will improve once the road markings are re installed. I will reach out to our street crews over this project to let them know about this issue. I will watch it tomorrow morning as well as stated above. Thanks for reaching out..Mike S.

Thanks for all you do! Fyi- before the lack if roadway markings, when there were 2 lanes, the signal timing was still short which caused drivers to go through the signal when it turned red.

I was watching it today and spoke with our barricade inspectors etc. they said they would be working here extensively today and they are there right now, but would get the dual lefts open as soon as they can. I will try and spend more time on this when they are gone. Police are directing traffic for the last couple hours. I may need some time for this to get back to some level of normal to make more permanent changes when all of the construction is gone..Thanks again for reaching out it does help.
