This is a continuous issue on the east side neighborhood closest to SU. Landlords set trash out for students up to 2 days before pickup. The city has failed to address this issue, but what else is new. A new mayor has not changed a thing with the way the landlords get away with what homeowners can not. This city has gone to nothing but crap in all the years democrats have been in power. Maybe time foe a republican mayor.

Well, an early spring is showing just how trashy the near east side of the city looks in the rental areas. This problem has not been fixed. Landlords still set out early and the closer we get to the end of the semester, the more trash you will see.

This has never been fixed. In the winter the trash just blows all over. Landlords don't care. They just want the money. Now it will get even worse as new student housing keeps being built. We will end up with a neighborhood of section 8 housing. Another slum in syracuse. Another ghetto. But on the up side, we will have more room for illegal aliens and refugees.
