I had Comcast come out to see why my cable and internet was out. I work from home, when the gentleman went in the back alley behind my home he said the weeds had grown so high he couldn't replace the wire that is down. This photo is in the back alley of my home. I'm a renter not owner what should I do? Landlord only collects rent but won't remove.
