To all my unfriendly neighbors, please have in mind some of us have recently moved into the neighborhood you guys have been staying for a very long time. All I ask for is to communicate with me. If you have a concern on why I have something in my home on my drive way, or how many dogs I have and why they can be so loud, or why we have so many cars. Along with any other questions or concerns please knock on our door, or get with us outside all we ask for is to communicate with each other. There is no need to take things to the extreme by reporting each other on things we may be able to find a solution for within each other's help. Thank you for your time.

I am not one of your immediate neighbors, however, many people do not feel comfortable approaching others' homes and property. We are living in a crazy world. We have been advised by the authorities to report issues and not try to "solve" them ourselves, particularly if we do not know the person.
If you are new, it is your burden to apprise yourself of the HOA restrictions, the city code, and just plain old common sense about what might "irritate" others. Look around at your neighbors and see if anyone else is doing the same things you are doing. ASK. Just a suggestion. Violations in Missouri city will always be reported! 9 times out of 10! :)
