3 trees on harvard street between corner of Henry and 57 harvard street have overgrowth and is a breeding ground for the rats running around the neighborhood….. I am sure there is more along the way …… please cut. and perhaps distribute a warning flier to neighbors to do the same with their personal properties… thank you in advance!!
