Description

The alley between 11th St N. and 10th St N., south of 30th Ave is in desperate need of repaving. The alley surface is in extremely poor condition, recent attempts to address potholes and uneven surfaces were handled by filling them with gravel. This is a asphalt paved alley that needs to be repaved.
