I must say the problem has gotten better. I would have to thank the NHPD for stopping in every so often as well as the change in weather. Hoping all the Riff Raff does not return starting Early Spring.

We are having this EXACT same problem with 493 Winthrop Ave even though there is a No Loitering sign and a standing no loitering order on file with the NHPD!!!

Last comment was for 500 Whalley Avenue.

Ok..So now park bench has been removed from sidewalk. Now since they, Winos, don't have were to sit they sit exactly on my front steps. Drinking, congregating, littering, vandalizing, & nuisance. PLEASE City of New Haven or NHPD get on these people. This needs to stop. It is hard enough to keep good tenants but when tenants have to fight there way through drunks to get in or out of there building it makes it impossible to retain good tenants.

I need my tenants so I can pay City Taxes, Special Services Taxes, Licensing Fee, ETC. You get my point. Help us keep the city running.
