It was parked on Via Del Rio just around the corner for a year, the owners have a Silver car that is parked on Via Del Rio that has been parked in same location for 10 months. They also have 4 other cars that move now and then. Both these cars have been reported numerous times, City does nothing, I’ve counted 10 additional cars on Via Del Rio between Stater Bros. And Sunkist that haven’t moved in months.
