Description

There is a hole where our driveway meets the sidewalk. The hole is a water cap/valve belonging to the DPW. It is a hole because the cover is supposed to be kept level with its' surroundings (to grade). It is supposed to be raised to meet the driveway or sidewalk to avoid danger. I tripped & fell in that hole & went to the Emergency Dept. in October, 2021. It still needs to be fixed. Thank you.
