Description
This man comes multiple times of days to harass my neighbors dogs. I already contacted Animal Control & not interested (told me to call police). Problem is I don't know where this guy lives & he comes different times of days. Anyone have helpful contacts or solutions? He is a scary guy.

Also, the Public Works Agency only operates in the public’s right of way, not in private property.
