car are going way to fast and loose control and crash or flip infront of my house and sometimes right into wall infront of. 3 in past year alone .

I generally don't see dangerous curves as much as I see dangerous drivers. How to fix them, I dont know. You usually can't fix stupid. You bought that house on a sharp curve - you had to give it some thought at the time, no?
