We are aware of this situation regarding the signal. The loops that detect cars for the signal on the Miranda approach to the signal were accidently cut by the contractor doing the work at the intersection. We are working with the contractor to get the loops replaced as soon as possible.
When the signal controller detected this problem the signal automatically went into a 'recall' program that rotates the green time between the various movements at the signal.
Thanks for reporting this situation.
