Description

I have complained about this house having feces throughout the backyard of their house along the fence which is close to my home. The feces I s dried up now due to not getting picked up, so the color of it is white. It’s causing rodents around the house now because it’s too much building up. The same poop spots are still there right alone with new poop. They have not cleaned the feces up at all. They’ll even lawnmower over it and leave it there.
