what is the status of this re-paving? It is horrible and continues to degrade after each rain! Please Bob Blackwelder drive this street and see for yourself. It is the WORST street in the neighborhood!

Mr Blackwleder..when will this be broken out and reconstructed. This is WAY beyond patch work.

I see they have repaved some of the streets on the "other" side of Rancho del Rey, i.e., Ayamonte Way, Marcilla Way, Mazagon, etc. That neighborhood is newer than ours and their streets were not even half as bad as ours. Not sure why they chose to repave theirs first. This is horrible and so unfair!

Zoe Rose has a great point! Our friends bought a home in that area based on the better roads. They came from Old Chula Vista area & said their roads were better than the roads on Via Armado & La Crescentia...it was a deal breaker for them. They were trying to advance to a nicer area with good roads etc.

Not only are these dangerous, pot filled roads bringing the value of our homes down, it is downright embarrassing when family and friends come to visit. Please fix these roads ASAP before someone gets injured and sues the City of CV.

Just this saturday, there Was someone driving on Vía Armado approaching the córner of la cresentia who lost control of their car because of the loose gravel. I was so scared because normally my kids are out playing with other neighborhood kids on the sidewalk. Had the driver not managed to re-gain control of the car he would've ended up crashing into someone's house.

The little pot holes that weren't filled are beginning to be big pot holes! I've even seen a homeowner sweeping the streets because of all the lose gravel. He shouldn't have to do that. Please City of CV, fix this for us PLEASE!!!

We are very worried because we dont see the city doing anything to repair Via Armado, we only hear promises and this street needs REPAVING , not repatching.
Its the worst street of Rancho del Rey. What do we need to do to be heard and get it fixed before someone gets hurt?

Believe it or not, the City only has 6 guys doing the street repairs. This is in addition to weed abatement and picking the trash that everyone dumps all over the city. Ghetto

I see signs for more street repairs on Via Armado for 10/10/2016 and 10/11/2016, Monday and Tuesday. Do they know that Tuesday is trash pick up day in that area?
