Was today, BIG/ Heavy trash day or did is it Thursday due to the Holiday schedule?

This property is a regular nuisance. Dumped waste is picked up, and within two weeks, more appears. Property owner needs to take responsibility for maintaining the lot.

It is my understanding that a bank owns the property. We have lived a few houses down for over 3 years now and dumping on that lot is a regular occurrence. The current debris has been there for a few months and keeps growing.

CofH, either regulate or clean it up!
