Speed limit is 35 MPH.....I agree people are going faster in the neighborhood and with hills and valleys we need to reduce the limit or add speed bumps.... I will also bring your attention to something else..............did you know that street maintenance ENDS where the double yellow lines end on Mountain Meadows Drive?? That means Cherry Tree Court and all the other streets in the development are NOT maintained by anyone? I was told the developer never made the necessary arrangements to make the other streets state maintained and the is the responsibility of the homeowners. Our street is horrible! Pot holes and erosion is really bad...I have an issue posted on here for Cherry Tree Court....please go read my comments as this pertains to ALL homeowners in Mountain Meadows past that first street on the left......
