Paddywacks with music/ band at loud volume. Windows and doors are open. Police officers are standing nearby but when asked to help get Paddywacks staff to close the windows and doors, the officers state they do nothing (that I observe) to reduce the notice pollution.
This is a residential neighborhood. It is after 10 PM. Such loud music is unacceptable.

QV Neighbor (客人)
The spillover from South Street also adversely impacts the surrounding neighborhood on weekends -- cars with ridiculously loud sound systems, drunk people having loud conversations on the street after the bars close, public urination, etc. Most cops live in the FAR Northeast and (IMO) don't care about about a bunch of rich yuppies in Queen Village.
Quality of life crimes are important. NYC proved that, but Philly doesn't seem to get it.
