I am closing this issue for two reasons. 1. This is an ongoing problem. You can pick up the litter, and someone else will just throw more of it out their car window. 2. I am moving out of Middle Tennessee in the next few days; therefore, I won't be here to monitor the issue. I believe that the Beacon Square Neighborhood Association had adopted this street at some point. Maybe they could reinvigorate their interest?
