The light has not been cycling. It is completely out. I check early evening and early morning. I haven't seen it on for awhile now. When I first noticed it out, it was very dim on that first day. Has been out since.

The three lights in my area are still out and nobody has taken ownership of this problem. This leaves the area open for crime and danger to the children who live on this street. This needs to be expedited and escalated to the mayor's office.

Today's date is 12/06/2014 and the three lights in my neighborhood are still not working.
