Description

Large bushes block view of northbound traffic on Torringford West St. to persons trying to get out of Red Oak Hill. Northbound cars round the corner at high rates of speed and are not visible to cars trying to get out of Red Oak Hill until they are right on top of you. Police can't be there with radar all of the time and speed limit signs are useless. The bushes have to come down to provide a clear sight line before there is a real bad accident.
