I agree completely. I make that same turn each morning when I take my children to school and I have waited so long that I have actually turned around and went an alternate way.

I do not have access to view the detection from this particular location from our operations center so i will need to reassign this to our traffic signal field staff to check it out on site. Thanks so much for reaching out and letting us know about your concern.

We do run a 120 second cycle length on Guadalupe during the AM/PM peaks so typically you should not wait longer that a little over a minute sometimes less, even if there is no traffic on Guadalupe, this is to allow for better coordination for vehicles driving on Guadalupe E/W. Mike S.
