We totally agree at 205 Pine Ridge Court!

We are experiencing major stormwater runoff issues from Siena Townhomes at 215 Pine Ridge Court too

Thank you for reaching out with your stormwater concern. The Town has previously coordinated with homeowners along Pine Ridge Court regarding the stormwater runoff from the Siena Townhomes development. The stormwater design and construction for Siena Townhomes meets the Town's specifications and requirements for stormwater management. The Town will send crews to inspect the drainage easement located along the south property line from 213-205. The Town is limited to providing maintenance in areas such as easements or town owned property.

We do have many photos at 205. No retaining wall, so they need a little explanation. Available almost anytime to explain.

Before the townhomes were built we adjacent homeowners were assured by the engineers stormwater would be retained on their property. That hasn't happened and now you're saying the town is just okay with their runoff being dumped on our property (especially from their massive roofs).

I have lived on this property for 46 years and never had ANY issue with runoff until the land behind me was clearcut, graded and townhomes built on it.

I disagree that you have coordinated with the residents. We are respectfully not accepting the 'live with it" response.
The Siena development engineer created the plan that adheres to the UDO and the development was NOT built to the plan.
The only resolution to the significant stormwater runoff issues we are experiencing is to bring in qualified engineer to design a solution and implement.
We are being flooded every time it rains and it is not acceptable.
We are asking for your help to coordinate with the builder to protect the residents and town from further substantial damages.

As previously stated on other reports related to this issue the Town is investigating a plan that will require design and funding. The report status will stay as acknowledge until further notice. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work towards a resolution.
