Description

Land Bank lots are overgrown and blocking sidewalk on Roosevelt and Magnolia. Previous complaints were responded by saying lots can't be cut because they are fenced in? They are a safety issue and a rodent issue! Can the Land Bank clear off the lots and remove the fences? If not, can they at least clear the sidewalks and cut the grass curbside that's not fenced in?
