Q. Please describe the issue
A. I am currently living on Carew St & would like to report individuals literally flying down this street at all times of day & night with radios blaring. This was just cars, but with the warmer temperatures has expanded to motorcycles also. When I say "all times of day & night" I am also referring to a time around three in the morning. I have actually been awaked to the sounds. This is not safe for anyone involved - the residents or the drivers. The individuals residing here include seniors, children, & at least one physically challenged individual! Please do more than simply be aware of this.
