Description

I drive every morning at 6:45 and I see that the lawn sprinklers are watering the trees everyday. The city is using a lot of water to water trees every morning. EBMUD declared a drought. Will the city ease up on using lawn sprinklers to water trees everyday? This is a waste of water and can be easily fixed by programming.
