Every morning as I travel down Osborne Road and Route 378, It seems that we have to wait 5 to 10 mins just to get past the elementary school and get over Route 9. Many times, the reason for the delay is a person turning left onto Old Niskayuna Road. In the afternoon it is even worse coming back up Route 378 to get to Osborne. I have actually had to sit through 5 light Cycles before I could cross Route 7. Part of the problem coming back is people needing to Turn Left at Route 7 off of Route 378, No dedicated lane for that turn. In both cases, they need to widen the road so that people can get pass those that need to turn there so traffic can flow better. I only Travel about 3-4 miles and it shouldn't take me 20 to 30 mins.
