Description

The entire distance of Skelp Level is marked 25 mph and is a double solid yellow the whole way. People are ignoring on a regular basis. When people speed it makes it difficult for people to safely turn onto Skelp as most of the streets and driveways have diminished views of the road. It is also no passing for the same reason as well as the fact that this road is on the biking route. There needs to be more accountability via police presence on this road.
