Description

Neighbor had reconfigured back access to property last summer (this is adjacent to the front of our home on Red Hill Road). Unfortunately, we have seen an increase in storm drainage to the front of our property. Curious if the area or neighboring roads have been reassessed for storm drainage/flood zone and if there is anything that is in place that will help to minimize or eliminate the issue for us going forward. Or if I have any recourse to ask this neighbor to return to the former ‘dry stream bed’ that was previously there. We approached this neighbor last summer and he claimed it is his property and he can do what he wants. Honestly, I am concerned about storm water drainage flooding my home and hope to understand what my options are.
