This property is privately owned so I have transferred it to City of Detroit Building Safety Environmental Engineering Department for handling.

As a citizen of Detroit , I want to know how long does it take for an individual to reclaim his property. This issue has been on the table for a year as of 8/15 2021. (Burned out house). Again, there has not been any concern or means to repair this property. There is illegal dumping on the front lawn and in the backyard. As a concerned citizen I am taking pictures and has cut the grass in front and back. Maybe you could move next door and look at this sore eye everyday.

Today, is August 30,2022 I have been waiting for a response from the Wayne County Department. I am hoping that something will be done before the end of the year. I want this issue resolved. As I ride through the City I only see burned out home in the Detroit area . I don’t see burned out homes in Southfield, Dearborn etc. I pay property taxes more then other. Again , you don’t live next door.
